Raeanne Dunnavent

Raeanne Dunnavent grew up in Irving, Texas and moved to the Keller area in 1998. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tarleton State University.
I spent most of my summers on my grandparent’s farm where I developed a love of plants.  I always knew I wanted to do something in the science field and Horticulture seemed to call me.   I have an extensive science background having taken an abundance of science courses from Biology to Genetics to Entomology and everything in between.  I think my favorite science is a toss-up between Agronomy and Taxonomy.  I have taught plant anatomy at a local elementary school and  I have found myself tutoring my congregation’s youth in Chemistry and Physics as of late.  I have taught Physical and Earth Science for the Keller Christian Co-op for 3 years using Apologia.  Raeanne is currently homeschooling 3 children ages 14, 12, and 8.   We attend and work in the church at the Keller Church of Christ.  My family has a passion for serving God.  My husband of 19 years is an attorney and has a firm in Hurst. I absolutely love to cook!
