Kami was raised in a home with two hearing impaired (deaf) parents and as a result sign language was the first language she learned to speak. With her father as a minister to an all deaf congregation, Kami grew up with a deep understanding of the deaf culture and way of life, as it relates to their communication. Kami spent 10 years as an account manager at Haggar Clothing company, then began a career for 2 years as a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. She currently spends her time with her beautiful 6 month old daughter and her wonderful husband of almost 2 years. Kami is excited about the opportunity to share her love of Sign Language with students.
