Business Image Management & Multimedia

This course introduces the basic principles of marketing and advertising – and how to apply them in starting your own small business by designing effective marketing communications.  The students will develop marketing and advertising strategies in order to develop their “business” and then set out to design all the necessary collateral pieces of communication from – Logos, Corporate Identity Package, Brochures, Signage, Packaging Design, Print Ads and Website Design.  They will critique and analyze current advertising and marketing campaigns and classics from the past in order to understand the marketing communication process and how it affects their buying decisions and everyday lives.
