This is a language arts and literature studies course (For ages 9-11) that will cover vocabulary and reading comprehension while promoting active reading and reflective thinking. We will go over writing skills and grammar as we explore the world of Literature. Â
Students need to read and write at the 4th-grade level.
Please plan to spend about 2 hours each week reading the assigned chapters and completing homework assignments. There will be weekly vocabulary to help expand spoken language and comprehension. Additional assignments may be given to help with basic writing skills.
