✔ Complex harmonization and ensemble singing
✔ Lyric interpretation and storytelling through song
✔ Stage presence, performance confidence, and emotional connection
✔ The ability to critically analyze and refine vocal performances
Beyond singing, this class will challenge students to:
✔ Develop a strong sense of self and artistic identity
✔ Adapt to new challenges and become more flexible as a performer
✔ Build resilience and discipline through independent practice
✔ Learn to take ownership and responsibility for personal growth

Minimum of 30 minutes of daily vocal practice outside of class
A capstone project presented at the end of the year
