Mrs. Jocelyn Skelly graduated college with a degree in Marine Biology and then attended law school at American University. After passing the bar she decided law practice wasn't for her and began teaching middle school science. She taught until her first child was born when she then began homeschooling. 

Jocelyn has graduated three of her four children from homeschooling. Her youngest is a student at the Center, where Jocelyn has been teaching since 2021. She teaches classes such as biology, chemistry, and consumer math, as well as yearbook.
