Kristy Howard is a second-generation home educator, wife to a chaplain, and mom of five amazing kids. As a lifelong bookworm and certified proofreader and copywriter, Kristy is thrilled to bring her love of all things English grammar, writing, and reading into the classrooms at the Center for Home Education! Kristy began homeschooling back in 2008, and graduated her two daughters in '21 and '25. The three younger Howard boys are currently students at the Center. For the 202/26 school year, Kristy is privileged to oversee the Think Tank program where she hopes to inspire curiosity and confidence in students with dyslexia. When she isn't reading, writing, or teaching, you'll likely find Kristy out on a jog, or enjoying a historic period drama.
