School Year Payment Policy

Option One: Pay In Full

  • Registration fee is $50 for one student or $100 per family
  • Class cost is listed on each class description page as cost per week.  Most classes are 32 weeks.  For example, a class that is $12/week for 32 weeks would cost $384.
  • Pay the material fee per class

Option Two: Payment Plan

  • Registration fee is $50 for one student or $100 per family
  • Class cost is listed on each class description page as cost per week.  Most classes are 32 weeks.
  • Down payment will be the total bill divided by the number of months up to and including February 2021. Ex: Register in March 2020 with a total of $2,400. Divided by 12 equals $200 down and 11 monthly payments of $200 per month
  • Books not included in the plan.

Parents opting for the payment schedule agree that payment will be due according to the payment plan above. Payment is accepted in Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Monthly credit card payments require a credit card authorization form completed and signed with the first payment. Even if the cash or check option is chosen, a credit card authorization form must be completed.

It is the parent's responsibility to contact the Center if the Credit Card information changes. If your credit card is declined, we will contact you.  Immediate payment is expected.   There will be a $10 fine charged for each week that payment is past due.

Students withdrawing before the third class will receive a refund of tuition less the materials, labs fees and deposit collected. No refunds will be issued after the third class. If the monthly payment option is chosen and the student withdraws after the 3rd class, the balance of the class fees will become due immediately.

There is a $25 returned check fee for checks returned.
