Did you know that cooking brings about chemical changes in foods? Or that textures and tastes change after a food is cooked? In this hands-on cooking class we’ll bring our love of science learning into the kitchen to discover and investigate the physical and chemical transformations between different ingredients and liquids. We’ll work with acids and bases and use fun molecular gastronomy recipes to create edible treats! This class will not only be educational, but will taste good too! If you’re wanting to have fun with science and cooking, this class is the class for you! This class would not be appropriate for children with serious allergies.
